TICKETS ARE REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE / TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR NOTICE. If the tour is cancelled by Jekyll Island Boat Tours for any reason such as weather, safety, or mechanical issues you will be refunded for the ticket price or you may reschedule. The service charge is not refundable. If the tour does go out with the customer(s) on board, and the time out on the tour is cut short by at least 30 minutes of the normal tour time, the customer will be given the opportunity to move their reservation free of any charges to another tour time within the next 24 hours of their tour that the time was cut short. There are no refunds if the tour is cut short by 30 minutes or less.
